Project Summary:
Based on Carl Hiaasen's 1987 novel Double Whammy, the story follows RJ Decker, a disgraced newspaper photographer and ex-convict who starts anew as a private investigator in South Florida. He tackles cases ranging from the peculiar to the bizarre, aided by his journalist ex, her police detective wife, and a mysterious woman from his past who could be his greatest ally—or his downfall.
